I have face this problem lately with MT4 build 625. The installation doesnt goes as smooth I though. How do we going to trade if the platform cant open, right? So here's the method that could help.
Locate your program files (Where the MT4 installed). I highlight it in Yellow.
Open the folder and look for "config" folders. From there you can see the list of files as below.
look for files names "terminal.ini". Delete this files and close the windows explorer. Restart your PC and try to start MT4 again.
Hopefully it works for you. I do this after reinstalled and installed it in different hard drive and wont works.
